A. Application: Applications for each of the separate stages of subdivision approval (preliminary plat, and final plat) shall be made to the Planning Commission. Applications shall be made on the respective forms provided and shall be accompanied by the proper fee and the documents and information required by this chapter.
B. Approval: Action on that application for a stage of a subdivision approval shall be completed in a timely manner after the date of submittal of all required information and items to the Planning Commission. (Ord. 22-06, 8-16-2022)
