Any adversely affected person shall have the right to appeal approval of the preliminary plat for or against a proposed subdivision by the planning commission to the Appeals Authority within ten (10) days of the date of such action. Any action taken and not appealed within said ten (10) days shall be final. When a written appeal is received by the Appeal Authority within ten (10) days of the time the action was taken, the town will publish notice of the appeal hearing fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled date by publishing according to State Code.
