Violations of any of the provisions of this ordinance is an infraction. Clarkston Town may bring an action against an owner to require the property to conform to the provisions of this ordinance. An action may include an injunction or any other appropriate action or proceeding to prevent or enjoin the violation. Clarkston Town only needs to establish the violation to obtain the injunction in accordance with State Code 10-9a-611. (Ord. 22-06, 8-16-2022)
