11-1-3: AUTHORITY TO REGULATE:

The Town Council of Clarkston Town adopted this Subdivision Ordinance pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Development Management Act, Title 10, Chapter 9a, of the Utah Code Annotated and such other authorities and provisions of Utah statutory and common laws that are relevant and appropriate. (Ord. 22-06, 8-16-2022)
