1-9-19: APPOINTMENT OF HEARING EXAMINER:
The Mayor or his designee shall appoint hearing examiners to preside at Administrative Hearings. The hearing examiner shall have no personal or financial interest in the matter and may be an employee of the Town. (Ord. 23-01, 1-3-2023)
