The provisions of this Chapter may be applied to all violations of the Town Code, and any other Town ordinances or applicable state codes, which occur within Town limits and such territory outside Town limits over which the Town has jurisdiction or control by virtue of any constitutional provision, law, or interlocal agreement. This Chapter establishes an additional remedy that may be used by the Town to achieve compliance with applicable ordinances and codes. (Ord. 23-01, 1-3-2023)
