8-1-26: PENALTY:
Any person violating this chapter, unless otherwise stated, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 02-01, 10-10-2002; amd. 2003 Code)
