This chapter shall take precedence over conflicting ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions. The governing body of the village may, from time to time, amend this chapter to reflect any and all changes in the National Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 4001 et seq. The regulations of this chapter are in compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program Regulations as published in Title 44 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the 1983 State Floodplain Management Act, being Neb. RS 31-1001 et seq.
