§ 130.54 UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be under the influence of any controlled substance for a purpose other than the treatment of a sickness or injury as prescribed or administered by a practitioner as defined in Neb. RS 28-401.
