§ 130.20 CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT.
   A person commits the offense of criminal possession of a forged instrument if he, she, or they, with knowledge that it is forged and with intent to deceive or harm, possesses any forged instrument covered by § 130.19, the amount or value of which is less than $1,000.
