§ 95.10 MONUMENTS.
   Persons desiring to erect monuments, tombstones, or other structures shall first procure a permit from the Village Clerk. The Cemetery Board shall review all such applications and shall give written approval for any permit prior to the issuance by the Village Clerk of the said permit.
