§ 94.16 BOOKS.
   The Library Board may authorize the sale, exchange, or disposal of any surplus, damaged, defective, obsolete, or duplicate materials in the library. Records shall be kept of any such surplus, damaged, defective, obsolete, or duplicate materials so disposed of.
