§ 93.20 FIRE LIMITS.
   (A)   Fire limits defined. The following described territory in the village shall be and constitute the fire limits: All of Blocks 19, 20, and 30, and the north one-half of Blocks 27, 28, 29, all in the village.

   (B)   Building permit. Prior to the moving or construction of any building in the fire limits, application must be made to the governing body. Construction shall include the enlarging or alteration of any building in the fire limits. Such application shall be furnished by the Village Clerk and shall require such information as the governing body deems necessary to determine whether or not to grant a building permit.

   (C)   Materials. Within the aforesaid fire limits, no structure shall be built, altered, moved, or enlarged unless such structure will be enclosed with walls constructed wholly of stone, well-burned brick, terra cotta, concrete, or other such noncombustible materials as will satisfy the governing body that the said structure will be reasonably fireproof.
