(A) All water consumers shall be liable for the following rates provided by ordinance unless and until the consumer shall, by written order, direct the Water Commissioner to shut off the water at the stop box, in which case he, she, or they shall not be liable thereafter for water rental until the water is turned on again: Residential and Business, per month plus $1 per 1,000 gallons.
(B) All water consumers will be subject to a $25 connection fee when the Water Commissioner first connects or reconnects their water service. This connection fee will double if the Water Commissioner has to connect the service after 6:00 p.m., or on legal holidays or weekends.
