(A) There is hereby established a special non-reverting fund for the purpose of depositing these grant monies upon receipt into the office of the County Auditor.
(B) The County Auditor shall, upon acceptance of said monies, deposit them into a non-reverting fund entitled, juvenile detention center/miscellaneous grants.
(C) Expenditures made from this non-reverting fund shall be made pursuant to claims submitted to, and approved by, the Board of Commissioners pursuant to state law.
