(A) Every recital in the ordinance codified herein is adopted and incorporated into this section.
(B) There is hereby established a certain fund to be hereafter known as the Clark County Judicial Computer Operations Fund (“the fund”).
(C) The purpose of the fund shall be to hold and maintain all monies appropriated by the County Council, or other sources, plus monies payable from probation user fees generated from within the judicial system of the county, all of which shall be combined and held in the fund for purposes of paying the county’s obligations in relation to computerizing the Clerk and judicial system of the county.
(D) The fund shall be non-reverting in nature.
(E) Expenditures from the fund shall be under the exclusive control of the Board of Commissioners of the county and shall be made pursuant to direction from said Board as a result of contracts signed by the Board for computer-related professional services and/or purchases.
