A non-reverting fund is hereby established called Delinquent Tax Charges. Any attorney fees or charges ordered by the court in these causes shall be deposited into this fund. Upon submission of a properly prepared claim by the attorney of record, the County Auditor shall immediately issue a warrant for said amount without the requirement of publication or appropriation.
