(A) There is hereby established a special non-reverting fund for the purposes of allowing the Sheriff to carry on a public relations campaign, and to receive funds from private individuals and/or businesses to fund said ongoing program.
(B) Expenditures made from this special non-reverting fund shall not require approval of the County Council.
(C) Monies received by this non-reverting fund shall be deposited, upon receipt, with the Treasurer of the county, who shall deposit such monies in a fund earmarked Sheriff’s Public Relations Non-Reverting.
