(A) There is hereby established a special non-reverting fund for the purpose of relocating in the county the intersection of Hamburg Pike and State Highway 31E, and to receive funds from private individuals and/or corporations to acquire the necessary right-of-way.
(B) Expenditures for right-of-way made from this special non-reverting fund shall not require approval of the County Council.
(C) Monies received by this non-reverting fund shall be deposited, upon receipt, with the Treasurer of the county. The Treasurer of the county shall deposit such monies in a fund earmarked Hamburg Pike Relocation - Non-Reverting.
