§ 34.002  NON-REVERTING FUND FOR DUNCIL DRIVE.
   (A)   There is hereby established a special non-reverting fund for the purpose of repairing Duncil Drive so as to comply with county highway requirements.
   (B)   Expenditures made from this special non-reverting fund shall not require approval of the County Council.
   (C)   Monies procured for this non-reverting fund shall be deposited upon receipt with the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall deposit such monies in a fund earmarked Duncil Drive, Non-Reverting.
