§ 155.31  EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
   If any area to be used for commercial uses is disturbed, or if over one acre of area for residential uses is disturbed, erosion control and sediment control plans, as required pursuant to this chapter, shall be provided as required by 327 I.A.C. 15-5 (Rule 5), as amended, as administered by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
