The qualifying employees, qualifying spouses and dependents of employees, the qualifying retirees and the qualifying spouses and dependents of retirees from the county government, shall be provided an opportunity for health insurance benefits through plans of group health insurance, Medicare supplements or Medicare advantage plans (as applicable), consistent with the provisions on I.C. 5-10-8 et seq.
