§ 155.08  AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   For the purposes of providing for the public health, safety and general welfare, the county, on recommendation of the Commission, may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations.
   (B)   Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the Commission and/or the county in the manner prescribed by law.
