The County Sheriff or his or her authorized representatives are hereby designated as enforcement personnel for this chapter, and they are hereby vested with the authority to issue citations for violations of this chapter, which shall be enforced with the intent to ensure that each residential, commercial and industrial structure in the county is clearly identified by its assigned street address in order to enable emergency and other public service personnel to promptly identify same at all times during the day and night.
