§ 151.59  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Prevention Bureau of each Fire Department in the county shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   The Building Inspector of the county shall assist the Fire Prevention Bureau by making referrals to the Bureau as part of its regular inspection and enforcement of all County Building and Safety Codes.
   (C)   These enforcement agencies shall in their discretion exercise their right to enter properties regulated by this subchapter, which right is granted in I.C. 3-1-6-2.
