§ 151.08  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration, demolition or repair of any building or structure, using forms furnished by the Building Commissioner.
   (B)   All permits shall be issued in the office of the Plan Commission.
   (C)   All work must commence within 90 days from date of issue of the permit.
