§ 150.15  EROSION CONTROL REQUIREMENTS ON TRACTS DISTURBING LESS THAN 40,000 SQUARE FEET OR LESS THAN 400 CUBIC YARDS.
   Notwithstanding any language herein to the contrary, all land disturbing activities shall retain all sediment on their site.
