(A) An erosion and sediment control plan will be filed with the County Drainage Board and the County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD). An SWCD employee or SWCD supervised county employee or their representative will review and provide the Drainage Board with comments on the erosion and sediment control plan. If the SWCD determines that the plan satisfies the requirements of this chapter and 327 I.A.C. 15-5, a recommendation to issue a permit will be made to the Drainage Board.
(B) No erosion control plan shall be approved without adequate provisions for a pre-construction site review, erosion control inspections and final inspection.
