All erosion and sediment control measures including, but not limited to, those required to comply with this chapter shall meet the design criteria, standards and specifications for erosion and sediment control measures similar to or the same as those outlined in the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Field Office Technical Guide or the Indiana Handbook for Erosion Control in Developing Areas, published by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
