Should the Board, in any court enforcement action described in the preceding section, meet its burden of proof, then the court shall enter judgment of an ordinance violation and, after entry of said judgment, shall impose a fine upon the violating party in a sum not less than $25, and not more than $2,500. Additionally, upon entry of such judgment, the court shall impose an assessment of costs for the administrative management of the citation in the sum of $75 and shall further impose an order making the violating party responsible for payment of the reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Board in prosecuting the enforcement action. All costs and attorney’s fees collected by the Board shall be paid and deposited into such county fund as the Board, from time to time, designate and the court shall enter an order to that effect upon request of the Board in court.
