(A) Any person, firm or corporation who makes an electrical installation or performs any electrical work for which a permit is required, shall possess a contractors’ license. Licenses shall be non-transferable, and shall be issued on an annual basis beginning January 2 of each year.
(B) A contractor’s license shall be required for any person engaged in the business of making electrical installations within the unincorporated areas of the county.
