§ 95.02  DISCHARGING LIQUID UPON
RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY. Any dedicated and improved public right-of-way in the county.
   (B)   No person, partnership, corporation or business entity shall discharge, intentionally or otherwise, any liquid upon county right-of-way.
   (C)   It is not the intent of this section to prohibit individuals, partnerships, corporations and business entities from watering and fertilizing, in a reasonable manner, their respective lawns, trees and shrubbery.
