(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or cause to the operated any motor vehicle and it shall be unlawful for any person to move or cause to be moved a horse or related beast of burden or upon the lands or facilities of any public park, playground, play field, athletic field or any other such public property in the county.
(B) The term PARK shall not include areas now established and maintained by any board of school trustees, and shall not include any areas located principally within the boundaries of incorporated cities or towns within the county.
