§ 32.01  OVERTIME SALARY POLICY.
   (A)   It shall be the policy of the Commissioners of the county that the salary set for full-time employees shall be compensation for all hours worked up to 40 hours per week any hours worked over 40 shall be compensated at a rate one and one-half times the per hour rate based on a 40-hour work week.
   (B)   This shall apply to all employees, except the Welfare Department and the County Sheriff, which shall set their own policies.
   (C)   Extra work should not be done without specific permission of the supervisor.
   (D)   The elected official or supervisor of each employee is responsible for determining the number of hours worked each week by each employee and also for record-keeping of hours worked. Supervisors and office holders are urged to have their employees sign each pay period as to the number of hours worked.
