(A) This subchapter applies only to live animals and does not intend in any way to regulate mounted or stuffed animals, nor in any way regulate the practice of taxidermy.
(B) If a court of law rules that a section, phrase or part of this subchapter is not valid, only those parts ruled invalid shall be repealed. It is understood that each section of this subchapter is adopted separately.
(C) This subchapter shall be in full force and effect after its passage, approval and proper publication.
(D) All persons, groups of persons, businesses, partnerships or corporations who are, or may be, in violation of this subchapter at the time of its passage shall be required to come within compliance hereof with 30 days subsequent to such passage by the Board of Commissioners.
