§ 91.20  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BODILY INJURY.  Any impairment of physical condition, including physical pain.
   DEADLY FORCE.  Force that creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or force used to disable, kill or destroy an animal.
   ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.  The Sheriff of the county, all deputies of the County Police Department, all reserve officers thereof, the county animal control officer and all regular law enforcement officers of any police department of any city or town in the county and all town marshals, duly appointed Health Officer of the County Health Department, the Administrator of said agency and authorized agent or deputy of said health office.
   SERIOUS BODILY INJURY.  Bodily injury that creates a substantial risk of death or that causes serious permanent disfigurement, unconsciousness, extreme pain or permanent or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member or organ;
