§ 90.02  EXCESSIVE FALSE ALARMS.
   (A)   Three false alarms shall be allowed each alarm device in any 12-month period.
   (B)   A service charge of $25 shall be paid by the alarm holder to the County Sheriff’s Department to be deposited in the Special Vehicle Inspection Fund for each of the fourth and fifth false alarms received by the County Sheriff’s Department from the alarm holder’s each and separate alarm device during any 12-month period.
   (C)   A service charge of $50 shall be paid for each false alarm in excess of five false alarms received by the County Sheriff’s Department from the alarm holder’s each and separate alarm device during any 12-month period.
   (D)   All charges relative to false alarms shall be paid directly to the County Sheriff’s Department to be deposited in the Special Vehicle Inspection Fund.
