(A) Each and every recital set forth in the ordinance codified herein is adopted and made a part of this schedule.
(B) The Board now hereby ordains, orders and establishes that in times of inclement weather, when use of the road is impracticable or unsafe, Dow Knob Road, Borden, Clark County, Indiana shall be closed until the road is declared safe to travel as determined by the County Engineer.
(C) Any person who is caught traveling on the road when it is closed and/or damaging the gate which closes the road shall be fined a fee of not more than $1,000.
