§ 71.09  DEPARTMENT; POSTING; HELMET ADVISORY.
   (A)   The County Highway Superintendent shall be permitted to post certain county roadways for non-use of “off-road vehicles” by posting signs on said roads. It shall be a violation of this chapter to operate such vehicles on a roadway so posted.
   (B)   The Board, as a public advisory, recommends that all operators of off-road vehicles wear helmets during operation.
