§ 54.01  PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the county through the regulation of stormwater runoff. This chapter establishes guidelines for construction of residential and commercial properties within the jurisdiction of the County Drainage Board.
