§ 50.01  SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT.
   The Board of Commissioners hereby establishes a county solid waste management district to include all incorporated and unincorporated territory within the county, and to be known as the “Clark County Solid Waste Management District” (“CCSWMD”).
