(A) Volunteer Fire Departments are a vital part of the county and its safety.
(B) Each Volunteer Fire Department having a cooperative lease agreement or contract with the Division of Forestry shall be given $4,000 to assist its Department.
(C) The remainder of the monies will be deposited in the General Fund pursuant to statute.
(D) This section shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and promulgation as evidenced by the affirmative signatures of the undersigned as the majority of the duly elected and serving members of this Board.
