(A) This Board hereby authorizes the inclusion of all fees for curbside recycling provided by the district to property owners and/or residents of the county to be included as a special assessment line item on the county tax bills commencing with the spring installment for 2012 taxes that are payable in 2013, and continuing thereafter.
(B) All county offices involved in the preparation and mailing of property tax bills are requested to fully cooperate in the implementation of the billings authorized by this section, and the County Auditor is directed to distribute a copy of this section following its adoption to each affected county office holder.
