(A) The Recorder of the county is expressly assigned the authority to negotiate and enter account agreements with members of the public for the copying of public records in accordance with the form of agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
(B) Such account agreements shall be administered at the discretion of the Recorder.
(C) Any proceeds collected under the provisions of such account agreements shall be paid into the county treasury in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-2-7-10.
