(A) Each and every recital set forth in the ordinance codified herein is adopted and made a part of this section.
(B) The Board authorizes the Sheriff, within the purposes set forth above, to utilize monies from the Commissary Fund as aid in training for law enforcement employees of the Sheriff’s Department, to grant distinctions, recognitions and awards for training achievement, performance and excellence within the Department for services designated and ordered by the Sheriff.
(C) The above spending purposes are authorized by this section as a supplement and as within the definitions set forth in the ordinance codified herein.
