§ 37.03  HUMANE SOCIETY; PORTION OF DOG TAX PAYMENT.
   The Board of Commissioners does hereby designate the County Humane Society receive $0.50 from each dog tax payment collected by the Silver Creek Township Trustee, said Humane Society being further authorized and directed, pursuant to I.C. 6-9-39-7 to use the funds dispersed to them, by this section, for the purposes of maintaining an animal shelter.
