§ 34.072  FUND FOR 2011 COUNTY EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATE.
   (A)   The establishment of the 2011 County Employee Health Insurance Rebate Fund (hereinafter Employee Health Insurance Rebate Fund).
   (B)   The Employee Health Insurance Rebate Fund shall be administered and maintained by the County Auditor.
   (C)   The County Auditor shall have the authority to do what is necessary to disburse monies from the Employee Health Insurance Rebate Fund in order to satisfy the State Board of Accounts.
