(A) The Board hereby adopts each and every recital set forth in the ordinance codified herein as a part of this section.
(B) The Board hereby creates the Sheriff Restitution Fund and authorizes the Auditor to receipt restitution funds received by the Sheriff on behalf of a member of the public and deposit said funds into the Sheriff Restitution Fund for said member of the public.
(C) The Auditor shall keep records and monitor the activities of all receipts into this fund. Disbursements may be made from this fund through appropriation approved by the county fiscal body and subject to other requirements of state law.
(D) All monies remaining in this fund at the end of every budget year shall not revert to any other source; rather, monies shall continue to be held in this non-reverting fund, from year to year.
