(A) There is hereby established the Clark County Community Transition Program Fund as an official dedicated Fund of the county, consistent with the provisions of I.C. 11-12-10-3.
(B) The County Community Corrections Advisory Board (“Advisory Board”) shall manage and administer the fund, subject to the practices and requirements of the County Auditor’s office.
(C) Monies deposited in this fund may be used to support and further community corrections programs, as determined by the said Advisory Board.
(D) Monies from this fund may only be expended after appropriation of same by the County Council in the manner required by law.
