(A) There is hereby established the Court Local Change Fund No. 2 (the “Change Fund”) by virtue of this section.
(B) The balance in the fund, after enactment of this section shall not exceed $100 at any given time during the life of the fund, unless this section is amended to change this balance amount.
(C) The purpose of the fund shall be to enable staff members of the court to make change when currency is presented, for payment of fees by persons on probation through the court from time to time.
(D) Expenditures from the fund shall be made solely for the above purposes.
(E) The fund shall be identified on official county records as Court Local Change Fund No. 2.
(F) The Court is requested to keep accurate records of cash used in the Court Local Change Fund No. 2, and to make those records available to the Auditor from time to time so that the Auditor may be in a position to make, or complete, any state-required reports required by law.
